LATE ARRIVALS / MISSED SESSIONS
If you arrive late for a course or are absent during the course, then we reserve the right not to accept you for the course. The courses are completed in a sequential linear manner and it is not possible to ‘catch up’ missing information and knowledge.
We may be required to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases we will provide a full refund or a free transfer to another course of equal value.
GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS AND EMPLOYERS
The onus is on the employer or the student to make sure that they are adequately equipped for the course with the necessary pre-requisite knowledge and equipment that will be required. In our course outlines we provide a summary of the pre-requisite knowledge and capabilities that will be required for the courses.
If the student has any specific requirements or needs please be sure to request assistance via email or telephonically.
