This website, datainsighttraining.com, is the website of Data Insight & Training. It is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.

The enquiry form

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you provide - typically your name, email address and message, and optionally your company name and phone number. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss your training needs. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to us by email. We do not sell or share this information with anyone else, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

What else this site collects

This site does not ask you to create an account and does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Like almost every website, the hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. These logs are used only to operate and secure the service.

Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When the fonts load, your browser sends a request to Google's servers, which involves your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details of how Google handles this.

Links to other sites

Some buttons on this site link to Udemy and LinkedIn. Once you leave this site, those services' own privacy policies apply. Enrolments, payments and course activity all happen on Udemy, not here - this site never sees that information.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. For any privacy question or request, contact ian@datainsighttraining.com and we will do our best to help.
